Стандарт Евро-5 продлен в Украине до 2020 года
1 января 2016 г. в Украине был введен стандарт экологической безопасности Евро-5,
который регламентирует количество вредных веществ в выбросах автомобилей.
В ЕС этот стандарт был введен еще в 2009 году.
Этот закон распространяется только на те автомобили, новые или с пробегом,
которые впервые регистрируются в Украине. Въехать и выехать транзитом можно на любом автомобиле.
Также лицо переезжающее на ПМЖ в Украину может привезти с собой автомобиль, который даже не соответствует ни одному Евро стандарту.
Этот закон не касается и всех авто, которые уже были зарегистрированы в Украине до 2016 г.
С 1 января 2018 года должен был вступить стандарт Евро-6, но 8 июня 2017 года Верховная Рада рассмотрела
законопроект № 5624, по сокращенной процедуре, "Про некоторые вопросы ввоза на таможенную территорию
Украины и регистрацию транспортных средств об усилении адаптивной возможности и поэтапного внедрения в Украине международных экологических
требований к транспортным средствам". Согласно этого законопроекта вносятся изменения в дате внедрения норм Евро-6 для всех категорий транспортных средств.
Депутаты перенесли эту дату на 1 января 2020 года.
За законопроект проголосовало 243 депутата и всего один был против. Закон № 5624 о поэтапном внедрении международных экологических
требований к транспортным средствам Евро-6 в Украине вступил в силу 14 июля 2017 г.
До 1 января 2020 года в Украине будет действовать стандарт Евро-5.
